History
Black Head is a rap group hailing from Xian City and comprised of 5 people, singer Cao Shi & Wang Dazhi, guitarist Zhang Ning, bassist Shuangxi and drummer Bi Tao, formed in 2003. All of their works are originally written, produced and mixed by their own. They sing in Shanxi dialect, besides, they combined blues, drama, jazz, rock and electronic etc. many different music styles into their music. Lyrics are hilarious, most of them tell stories with some sentimental parts, via melodic fashionable incidental music, Black Head developed their distinctive style. They are the real voice of young generation, they are highly skilled, and their worship towards the ancient Xian City is something deep rooted in the souls. Like what they sing, “Bring the accent of ancestor The First Emperor of Qin to great height of development!”
