History
Fish - DJ Fish is the newest rising star on the Shanghai DJ scene. Only 19 years old, Fish has already been rocking parties since 2006, and he's going to bring you a whole new level of energy with gritty acid funk and electro-punk. Former member of Antidote.
Fish is a DJ, graphic designer and bass player from Shanghai, representing the next generation of young Chinese electronic music artists blazing a new trail through the developing scene. He first rose to prominence with The Antidote crew. Very much a fan of the minimal and acid sound, from the original creators Plastikman and Daniel Bell, to the modern microhouse coming out of Europe, Fish's enthusiasm for new music, and natural DJing ability marks him out as a star of the future in the Chinese scene. The 21-year old isn't limited to minimal however - he's known to drop the odd gem in the middle of dance sets and has a penchant for electro on the Detroit tip.
